Refund Policy
Wolf's Den Clothing and more's goal is to achieve total customer satisfaction. If you receive the incorrect or defective item, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase.
Return Policy:1. Review our return policy and make sure your return or exchange meets the 14-day guidelines.
2. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
3. Locate your order number. You will find the order number on the packing slip that came with your order. If you have misplaced your packing slip, please contact us to confirm your order number to avoid any delays with your return.
4. Email us at wolfsdenclothing@hotmail.com explaining the incorrect or defective item. Please include a picture showing the incorrect or defective item, with your name, order number, and whether you’re requesting a return or exchange. If exchanging, be sure to specify the item you’d like in return.
5. Address your package with the return address on your packing slip.: ATTN Returns & Exchange. Ship your package back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you're making an exchange, we'll cover the cost of shipping your new item once we receive your return. Returns will only be given in cases where you received the incorrect item or a defective item. If you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us before initiating an exchange or return. Email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo clearly showing the wrong item or defect. FAQ: When will my refund be issued? We will issue your refund within 5 business days after receiving your return. Will I be issued a refund for the original shipping cost? No, we do not refund the original shipping cost.
